How to get rid of arm fat? This is a quick, no equipment arm workout that you can do to slim down your arms! It’s a standing workout so you don’t even need any space or a yoga mat and it’s super silent! I selected some of my favorite arm exercises that I do frequently for toned, slim arms. The focus is on building long arm muscles instead of short muscles where arms look bulky. Muscle growth is important so you burn more calories in your arms while at rest. What many don’t know: if you have muscles in your arms and less fat, your arms will look slimmer and more toned because fat is taking up more volume than muscles! In the next 7,5 minutes you will work on your biceps, triceps, shoulders and back without making any of those areas look bulky! PLEASE try doing this workout for the next 14 days so see BIG results!
